About Fish World FYI

Fish World FYI was originally created by Lois Higgins Luna as a Facebook Fan Page in early 2010. It was created as a place where players could come for information about all fish ever released in Fish World. Eventually, the project became larger and larger as the game continued to grow. Lois needed help and that call for help was answered by Angela Wilens, who became Lois’ right hand man and eventually took over responsibility for the Fan Page.

Although Lois is no longer active in FYI, this site owes her a tremendous debt. Without her vision, attention to detail and meticulous recordkeeping, FYI, and by extension the Fish World Photo Gallery, would not be as detailed and up to date.

The Fish World Game Guide & FAQ was created by Reisha LeBlanc, aka Ree. It was created to meet the need for a static place which contained all the information about how to play Fish World.

In 2011, Fish World FYI and The Fish World Game Guide & FAQ partnered up. As the growing demand for information arose and more and more fish and decorations were released, it only made sense for the two to merge and become one.

And that brings us to present day. This website is completely dedicated to the fans of Fish World as a place to come for any and all information about the game.
